He said this while being a die-hard fan of the former QB for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The fans in the comments on his tweet brought up several arguments that would contradict his controversial take. They talked about how Patrick Mahomes or Jalen Hurts is more equivalent to Brady than Burrow but it seems like Bayless will be sticking to his beliefs. A fan replied to the tweet by saying, “Skip will forever ignore Mahome accolades and how much better he is than the rest.“?Maybe Bayless made the claim due to the fact that the Bengals had such an interesting season this year.
How has the Cincinnati Bengals’ season with Joe Burrow been so far?
The Bengals have played a total of over 10 games so far. They currently stand on a record of 5-5, which is not very impressive. They won their match against the Buffalo Bills today by a good score of 24-18 but will it be enough for them to go all the way? Joe Burrow has definitely been one of the driving forces for the Bengals this year.

Burrow completed over 1861 passing yards this season with a completion rate of an impressive 66.9 percent. He has also managed to make a total of 12 touchdowns this season, which makes him by far one of the best quarterbacks of 2023. While Burrow keeps on dominating the league, it is questionable whether his talent alone will lead the Bengals to the championship trophy this season. It will be interesting to see how the team fares against one of the stronger competitors, Houston Texans in their upcoming match.
