Patrick Mahomes, QB for the Kansas City Chiefs, may defeat Brady’s record in the coming match. The 28-year-old athlete is one of the best players in the league right now. A fan favorite, Mahomes is expected to lead the Chiefs to a championship this season if he continues to dominate the league as he is doing right now.

Mahomes and his team didn’t have the best start to the season when they lost to the Detroit Lions in their opening match. Additionally, they lost to the Jaguars in a staggering upset by a score of 17-9 which set things in doubt for the team in the minds of the fans. But in a recent turn of events, the Cheifs have won their last two games with their recent win over the New York Jets this past Sunday. While the fans are awaiting the Chiefs’ next match, most of them are waiting to see if Mahomes will be able to conquer Brady’s record.

A popular Twitter user, Red Tribe Cinema, recently put up a post that pointed out that Mahomes is one match away from beating one of Brady’s records. The record entails Brady beating all the teams in the league in a span of eight seasons while Mahomes is en route to doing it in seven. If the Cheifs beat the Vikings this Sunday, it would mean that Mahomes has defeated every team in the league. Thus he will set the precedent of being a QB worthy of matching up to the bar of the 7-time Super Bowl winner.

Mahomes is one of the very few players who has the potential to match up to Brady’s potential and maybe take up his mantle someday. Both players are different in their own right but fans can never stop discussing who the next best player after Brady will be. While the debates go on, it’ll be more noteworthy to see how his performance contributes to the Chiefs’ journey this season.

With a star-studded roster with players like Travis Kelce, Chris Jones, Jerick Mckinnon, etc, there’s no doubt about the fact that the Chiefs are one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl this season.

The Chiefs will be looking to capitalize on their championship win from last season and hopefully be one of the teams in history to win the Super Bowl twice in a row. The Chiefs are a formidable team for sure but they will have to make major changes to their playmaking skills if they want to be the best in the league. Thus, to achieve this accolade, Mahomes will have to give it all this season and make sure the Chiefs get to take their trophy home, again.
