After overcoming a nine-month battle with brain cancer, Michael Strahan’s daughter, Isabella Strahan, is back to her active lifestyle again! Now, as she is halfway to her one-year anniversary of being cancer-free, she is enjoying her time with her twin sister, Sophia Strahan. Just a few days ago, she shared a story with Sophia as they enjoyed a “sister date.” And now the Strahan sisters have hit the gym together, as Isabella posted a brief clip on her IG story.

As seen in the story, the 20-year-old joined her twin sister, Sophia Strahan, savoring a much-needed “sister session.” In the clip, the Strahan sisters performed kettlebell deadlifts as they sported Alo Yoga gear. They looked fit and healthy, with the luxury fitness brand founded in 2007 by Danny Harris and Marco DeGeorge.

As they performed the strength-training exercise, the sisters had perfect posture. While Isabella looked fit in black gym wear, Sophia wore a gray outfit. Not only this, but Isabella’s curls continue to grow back beautifully after the treatment. It’s inspiring to see her in great shape after the unfortunate illness.

As Isabella is cancer-free, they enjoy fitness sessions to renew their energy. Having a sibling makes you feel precious if they constantly support you like the Stahan sisters.

From being at her side during treatments at Duke University’s Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center to working out together, the sisters have braced through tough times together as Michael Strahan had some tough times to deal with.

As a part of her recovery journey, her recent project in February with Yana Kalina also resonated with her fans.

On Feb. 20, she shared an image of herself dressed in blue-washed denim and a white tank top, making solid fashion choices. The twins turned 20 back on October 28, 2024, when Isabella was free from any traces of cancer. Isabella now has a renewed approach to life.

“Now I don’t say no to anything. I don’t think, ‘I’ll do it next week.’ You don’t know what next week will look like,” as highlighted in Hello magazine’s post from March 2025. Even the Good Morning America host and former NFL star Michael Strahan shared his views, as he remarked, “Seeing her come out of surgery, and all the things she had to learn how to do again. You just pray that everything gets back to normal.”
