CU Buffs have derailed slightly from their winning ways as they enter the Pac-12 competition. It was already a terrific comeback season for the Deion Sanders? side. Now with two straight losses, the hopes have slightly dampened. As the NCAA competition approaches the business end of things, it?s vital for Buffs that they hit their straps to hold a playoff position.

The Colorado Buffaloes recovered from their humbling loss against Oregon. They scripted a better performance against the 8th-ranked USC Trojans. However, after suffering a close loss, the team needs to find the mojo that won them three consecutive games earlier in the season. For Coach Prime, it?s the ultimate test, as he now has to regroup his troops. As someone who exudes passion as clearly as Prime Time, he did come up with his unique way to motivate his team. Never the one to shy away from using strong words, this time Deion Sanders fully backed his side.

Between Deion Sanders the player and the beach coach, there?s one thing that is constant! It?s his never-dying spirit that comes forth when the going gets tough. The 2X SB champion took the loss against the Trojans in his stride and delivered perhaps the speech of the season! The motivating words reflect the mindset of a champion! Prime Time delivered a terrific speech that propelled his troops. ?You guys fought. You?re resilient. You didn?t give up. You could?ve quit. You could?ve tapped out. I was looking for m**sturbation.??

The HC complimented the team?s efforts in the second half. Buffs were struggling in the first half as the scoreline showed the rampant Trojans well ahead in the game. However, the Buffs did come back in the second half to avoid the lead from stretching. Ultimately the game finished at 41-48 with the Trojans taking home the bragging rights! As someone who always stays positive in the direst of situations, he did highlight the team?s resurgence in the second quarter.

It was a game of two halves for the Buffaloes as they were once stage reeling with a 34-7 deficit at one stage of the game. The alarming signs were enough for the Buffs to rein themselves in and try their best in the second half. Once again, the comeback was led by Shedeur Sanders, who?s pushing for a probable NFL draft this season.

In fact, the last 30 minutes saw the Colorado side of the old. The team that was dominating against the likes of TCU, Nebraska, and others. Coach Prime was appreciative of his side?s efforts in the second half. He pointed out ?You understand what we could have done if we played the first half like we played the second. With two consecutive losses, there?s some rebuild work that the Buffs need to perform ahead of their next fixture. While the coach seems optimistic, it?s up to the side now to repay the faith invested by Sanders and get back to winning ways!
