Tom Brady, the NFL legend, comes under fire yet again for his football opinion. The 46-year-old former QB for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers has been making the football headlines since he retired in February. Though the 7-time Super Bowl winner has moved on from the NFL, he can often be heard giving his opinions on the sport which have been usually landing him in trouble.

Josh Allen, the quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, is one of the most elite players in the league currently. The 27-year-old athlete was recently a guest on the ‘Let’s Go!’ podcast and Brady had a few words of advice for his performance. According to Brady, Allen should change his playing style in a way that doesn’t put him in harm’s way but it seems as if his advice didn’t resonate with Greg Jennings.

On the newest episode of the ‘First Things First channel, the hosts talked about the newest episode of Brady’s podcast. In a conversation with Josh Allen, Brady advised him to run less the way he has been running to keep himself safe. Brady said, “You could throw a ball into tight coverage or sometimes you can just throw the ball to a guy that may be a little bit more open and gain a few fewer yards.

Greg Jennings seemed to utterly disagree with what Brady had to say when he said, “Tom Brady wasn’t as athletic as Josh Allen. A part of his success causes him to rely on those legs. Make some of those ill-advised decisions at times but it’s just instinctive reaction. So Josh Allen, keep being you.” Thus, in totality, Jennings doesn’t believe that Brady’s advice should have any sort of change on Allen’s playing style as he’s already doing amazing for himself.

The Buffalo Bills have had an interesting season so far. They currently stand on a 5-3 record and Josh Allen’s talent has played a significant role in it. After week 2, Allen had over 1,048 passing yards, the 6th highest in the league, and over 9 passing touchdowns, the 2nd highest in the league. With consistent performances, Allen could very well be on his way to being the next Tom Brady.

Now whether he chooses to abide by Brady’s advice or not will be interesting to see. Both players have had a different style of playing. Brady has had the most success in the history of the NFL but he should give Allen his opportunity to rise to the challenge and show his skills. While the match between the Bills and the Cincinnati Bengals draws to a close, the fans will have their eyes on Allen ahead of his intense conversation with Brady.
