In a discussion on ESPN’s First Take lasting for just over five minutes, Stephen A. Smith and his fellow hosts took a jab at Jim Irsay with regards to his recent interview where he talked about his 2014 arrest. The First Take host and co. gave out the message that the Colts CEO was arrested because he was driving drunk with $29,000 in his silver Toyota Highlander. But Irsay was quick to discover the misconception and threatened to sue First Take for making false accusations.?

For those who aren’t familiar with what happened to the Colts owner that year, Jim Isray was arrested in 2014 on the grounds of driving under substance influence. Stephen A. Smith roasts Jim Irsay calling him an ‘entitled old brat’

Irsay has been an alcoholic who insists that he’s now fresh out of alcohol for over a decade. But First Take’s accusation of him being drunk caused a beef between them where Stephen A. Smith called him an “entitled old brat.” He further added, And in the end, he’s lucky that he’s a national football league owner because they print money for crying out loud. You’ve got to be the stupid person in the world to not make money as an NFL owner in this day and age.” But Irsay has a counter-response for Smith as well.

Nonetheless, his 2014 incident led him to pay a fine of $50,000 while also getting suspended for six games by Commissioner Roger Goodell. And while his Twitter rants may come off as gibberish to some, do you think Stephen A. Smith and co. have gone too far with their opinions??
