When Tom Brady amicably split his diverse property portfolio with his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen in 2022, he wanted to keep the Miami ‘bachelor pad’ all for himself. Located in the exclusive ‘billionaire bunker’, formerly known as the Indian Creek Island, the couple purchased the $17 million 2-acre lot at 26 Indian Creek Island Road almost three years ago and demolished it.

The commencement of construction took place in 2021. Since then, the now bachelor and retired Brady is counting days in his head to shift to the lavish mansion.

Per The Post, Tom Brady’s Miami Indiana Creek village home is almost ready, per the pictures released by them. The property is an epitome of opulence, with a state-of-the-art gym, a waterfront pool, and spa, lush gardens with a tree-lined driveway leading to the multi-car garage, an infinity pool, and an adjacent plush pool cabana. The location of Brady’s mansion is adjacent to that of Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump. Along with them, Davis Guetta also purchased waterfront specs in the posh neighborhood.

The dreamy paradise reportedly costs $11,500,000 per Marca. Additionally, Brady’s ultra-luxurious manor features primary and guest suites with their terraces. Per Post’s sources, Brady is set to move into the finished property this spring. Originally, the duo bought the property together to re-create the place of their dreams in 2022. They cleared out the pre-existing home in the lot. Now, as Brady gears up to shift in his new home, his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen owns a residence just across the waterway from the bachelor pad.

Along with this, the Brazilian Bombshell quietly bought a modest 3 bedroom $1.25 million pad in Miami, along with the lavish place. The duo has split up their properties in Miami to Montana, earning almost $30 million profit by selling off $140 million worth of estates. As the two continue to diversify their real-estate portfolio post-divorce, with their new ventures in their own life, the new additions in them would be worth the wait.
