Let’s take a trip down memory lane. The Super Bowl LVII, when the NFL brothers, Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce, played against each other in one of the most anticipated games of that season. No matter what the result was, the Kelce brothers will never forget that game. Fast forward to now: the Eagles and the Chiefs are playing the Super Bowl again, and the Kelce brothers are ready to enter the gridiron. But the thing is, Jason is preparing to step in with a new role.

After retiring from pro football last year, the former Eagles’ Center is ready for another Super Bowl, and this time as a supporter. However, it’ll be exciting to see whether he’ll be rooting for his brother or for his former team. Meanwhile, the biggest buzz among the Eagles’ and the Chiefs’ fans’ minds is—what will Jason Kelce wear to the Super Bowl this year?

Kelce appeared on the latest episode of the Pardon My Take podcast and he was asked the very question that most NFL fans are asking, “Have you decided what you’re wearing for the game yet?” His reply? Well, the Eagles legend is yet to choose his outfit for the Super Bowl in New Orleans this Sunday. “I don’t know what I’m wearing yet,” Kelce said. “I’m still figuring it out. I was gonna wear a share t-shirt to just like not anything Eagles, or just go completely different. I have not figured it out.”

And when he asked for outfit recommendations, guess what he got? “Eagles.” That’s it. Nothing else. Well, if the guy is rooting for the Eagles, then it would be completely fair to wear the Eagles’ jersey. But let’s be real: he’s not just supporting his former team. I mean, being an older brother, he’ll always support Travis Kelce, right?

Speaking of which, during his recent episode on The New Heights a couple of weeks ago, Jason revealed where his loyalty stands. “Here’s the biggest thing. Obviously, you’re my brother. I’ll always root for my brother. That’s the reality of it,” Jason, wearing an Eagles hat and jacket, explained. “Even though I’m decked out in Eagles gear, I’m always rooting for Travis.” The kicker? His heart is with the Eagles as well. Because why not?

“But, there’s a lot of people in the Philadelphia organization—whether it’s players, coaches, people in the building—that feel like extended family to me, especially my former offensive linemen,” he further added. “Like (right tackle) Lane Johnson feels like a brother in a lot of ways. I’m rooting for those guys, too. I’m rooting for Philadelphia and I’m rooting for Travis Kelce. That’s the reality of it. No matter what, on game day, I’m going to be happy for one of those sides, and I’m going to be sad for the other side.” Can you blame him?

I mean, the guy spent his entire career with the Eagles, and of course, he’d want to cheer for his team. And on the flip side, being a brother to the Chiefs’ tight end, he’ll always support his brother. But what about the rest of the family?

Travis Kelce is getting some sweet support

We all know that this year’s Super Bowl is basically a re-matchup of the Super Bowl LVII, right? But things have changed a bit in the past two years. Most notably? Jason Kelce’s retirement from the NFL and now he’s supporting his brother as the Chiefs’ are eyeing a historic three-peat. Besides Jason, Travis’ sister-in-law and Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelce, is also supporting Travis.

Wait for it! Because what’s coming is pretty interesting, or should we say—pretty sweet? On her last week’s episode of Not Gonna Lie podcast, Kylie Kelce revealed that her daughters will be supporting their uncle with “Go Uncle Trav” shirts. And now guess what? During a Super Bowl LIX press conference on Wednesday, the tight end addressed the support he’s getting from his family, especially her nieces.

“The fact that the girls are going to be wearing a ‘Go Uncle Travy’ shirt, it warms my heart and gives me something else to fight for and hopefully I can make them proud and put a few smiles on their faces throughout the game,” the veteran tight end stated. That being said, it is safe to say that Travis Kelce will enter the gridiron for one final time this season with lots of support from his family along with the Chiefs’ fans.
