In a recent episode on Let’s Go Podcast, Tom Brady gets honest in his views on Dan Campbell’s Lions who had been putting up an aggressive play all season. He stated, “They’ve been aggressive all year. You know obviously, when you’re aggressive and it doesn’t work, it comes back to bite you. It came back to bite them yesterday.” The retired NFL legend slams the Lions’ HC’s reckless decision-making that cost them their chance to make a Super Bowl appearance.
The recent NFC Championship Game between the 49ers and the Lions is a heartbreaking game to watch, especially for Detroit fans. Two faulty errors led to the 49ers beating the Lions in a close 34-31. The reason was that Campbell didn’t let the Lions attempt two field goals that would’ve given them a winning edge.

The sad thing was that both attempts were unsuccessful, leading the opponent to score touchdowns. The Lions lost with a three-point deficit. The field goal was a possible attempt that could’ve won the Lions six points to beat the 49ers to advance to the Super Bowl to face the Kansas City Chiefs. But what has happened has happened and hopefully, it’ll be a lesson for Campbell who might have to brush up on his decisions a little more.
