Impossible is nothing– well maybe, but beating Brady at fitness may be quite close. The regimen aids Brady in maintaining soft, flexible, and active muscles without traditional bench pressing or squatting. Utilizing tools like resistance bands, massage balls, and vibrating foam rollers, he focuses on muscle mass while engaging in mental exercises such as visual and auditory processing, along with mindfulness. The Super Bowl workout routine comprises eight specific exercises.

The first exercise is Standing rows. It involves setting up a pair of handle loop bands at chest level, getting in the correct stance with the spine straight and knees bent, and bringing the bands forward while engaging the core. Followed by the banded push-ups, which are like regular push-ups but with a resistance band around the shoulders.

Then the banded core rotations, which involve the stretching of the handle loops while only engaging the torso. The Banded deadlift, banded shoulder press, bicep curls, and extensions, like the banded push, are similar to the regular variant only with the added resistance of the band. Finally, the declaration lunges are lunges with the added resistance of the bang around the waist.
