Beyond every dark tunnel is a bright, almost blinding light, and Gisele Bündchen’s life following her divorce from Tom Brady is a testament to this. Even before the couple tied the knot in 2009, the 43-year-old Brazilian supermodel was a celebrity in her own right. She was one of the highest-earning women celebrities in the entertainment industry, featured on the covers of renowned magazines, including Vogue and Elle

Despite the fame and riches, Gisele Bündchen left it all behind when she got her two kids with the NFL legend to raise them. She previously told Elle following her divorce, “I’ve done my part, which is to be there for [Brady]. I moved to Boston, and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams.” And now that everything is said and done, she’s focused on looking forward to fulfilling her goals: “I have a huge list of things that I have to do, that I want to do.”

Finding more time to focus on her dreams, Gisele Bündchen is finally set to publish her cookbook this month, titled “Nourish: Simple Recipes to Empower Your Body and Feed Your Soul.” She recently spoke to The Wall Street Journal about her lifestyle and was asked about her exercise routine. After citing several exercise routines, she mentions walking with her dog in the morning and at night. She said, “I have to say walks are the best. You just walk. I use it to make calls or just be in silence. We don’t get enough of those moments.”

Indeed, the modern world is so focused on chasing the competition that there is barely time to stay still and appreciate the little things in life, such as a walk. But this “walking” could also be another coping mechanism that Bündchen has developed as she said, “It’s good for my brain, too.” And ever since her divorce, she’s been walking and has come farther than ever in her career.

Gisele Bündchen makes an epic comeback to the fashion world

After the divorce settlement, it took only a few months for Gisele Bündchen to leap back into what she loves doing best — modeling. She made a fiery comeback with major collaborations with Louis Vuitton and Gaia Herbs, covered Vogue Italia, and even released her cookbook. Her return has landed her the most lucrative career year in 2023, where CEO of CelebExperts Evan Morgenstein said, “While there is no way to evaluate the exact amount, you should assume she will make north of $15 million to $20 million minimally as the year isn’t over yet.”

The CEO of The Celebrity Source, Laurie Kessler, also praised the global icon who sacrificed her limelight to support Tom Brady as he mulled through his retirement/unretirement phase, eventually leading to their marriage’s end. Kessler added, “Watching a strong and stunning woman re-emerge like a Phoenix and light the world on fire is something just about everyone will applaud.” Evan Morgenstein said, “It’s clear that she is a loving mother, working mom and entrepreneur. Women respect her tediously and see her as a role model.” What are your opinions?
