During the “Let’s Go” podcast with Larry Fitzgerald and Jim Gray, the 46-year-old retired quarterback emphasized the importance of placing physical and mental health at the forefront of life’s priorities. On similar lines, but with a humorous twist, the former Patriots icon shared his take on a throwback picture of himself posted on the official Instagram handle of the New England Patriots. This is exactly what he alludes to in his recent Instagram story as he puts a humorous twist to one of the Patriots’ posts. 

 The picture depicted Tom Brady in action on a snowy field, bearing the caption, “22 years ago today.” Brady shared the post on his story stating, “22 years ago??? How is this possible??” Finally concluding with a catchy statement, “I’m only 26 years old the numbers don’t add up.”

46-year-old Tom Brady might have left the field, but he has maintained his outstanding levels of fitness and attributed his recent weight loss of about 10 pounds to experiencing less “stress” in his life following his retirement from the NFL. The seven-time Super Bowl champion emphasized the positive impact on his physical health, noting that the absence of playing-related stress allows him to prioritize well-being. Apart from prioritizing his health and family, the GOAT has also ventured into numerous other business endeavors that have kept him busy even post-retirement.
