Super Bowl week isn’t just about game plans and media day—there’s also the ticket circus.
And if there’s anyone who knows how wild that can get, it’s Tom Brady. On the Let’s Go podcast, Brady shared his personal ticket saga. Well, imagine that even a 7-time Lombardi winner had to go through ALL THAT! I mean, it was an added pregame hustle for him: to get the tickets for the family and make sure he leaves no one behind. Sigh.
Well, Brady’s fight with the ticket escalated quickly. “I needed 92 tickets. It was like, how did I get to 92 tickets?” He explained his journey from his very first championship appearance to the last one, the 10th. “The first one I played was in New Orleans… You’re there to get 6 or 8 tickets. Your family, immediate family, and that was it. Maybe your college roommate. And then by the 10th Super Bowl, that bandwagon was so full.”

From 6 to 8, to 92?! Wow, that’s aura.
Imagine juggling a game plan and an army of friends, family, and long-lost cousins who suddenly remember they’ve always been your biggest fans. And now? He thinks the Chiefs are in for the same chaos. “The problem is no one ever gets off the bandwagon,” Brady added. And he’s not wrong. We don’t call it Chiefs Kingdom, just for the sake of it! When you’ve been to four Super Bowls in five years, the list of “must-invite” guests only grows.

Travis Kelce’s entourage alone? Probably enough to fill the lower bowl of the Superdome. But Brady’s message to the Chiefs is clear—lock in or get distracted. Bill Belichick, never one to sugarcoat things, put it bluntly: “Now is the time when the players are going to have to say no to somebody.” That’s easier said than done when your college roommate, your uncle, and that guy who “once spotted you lunch” all want tickets.

Jason Kelce torn between family and team—where would your loyalty lie in a Super Bowl showdown?
Have an interesting take?
But distractions are real. The Chiefs don’t just need to beat the Eagles; they need to beat the noise. Well, can you blame those making the noise? After all, they are after the unprecedented 3-peat. But if they don’t, they might end up like teams of the past. Great on paper but overwhelmed by everything but the game.
And speaking of distractions, how big is the Super Bowl? Try 116.8 million viewers expected to tune in, according to PredictHQ. That’s insane. Last year’s Super Bowl? 123.4 million watched. The year before? 113 million. This isn’t just another game—it’s a cultural event. The lights, the stakes, the legacy. And Fox is pulling out all the stops with Kevin Burkhardt, Tom Brady, Erin Andrews, and the whole crew calling it.
So here we are—one team trying to stay on top, another trying to reclaim their throne, and a Super Bowl set to break records. The Chiefs can handle the Eagles. But can they handle everything else?
Just like Tom Brady said, the Kelces are bringing the army
The Mahomes and Kelce families are turning Super Bowl LIX into a full-on blockbuster event. Forget Patrick and Trav for a moment. We are talking about Jason Kelce. I mean, that is one ‘wild’ Kelce! Booz, party, craziness, adrenaline rush? You’ll find him there. And Tom Brady knows all too well… The Ghost of SB LII! Or call him TB12’s 3-peat killer. Now, KC’s #15 has it in his sights. But it might also be #87’s last dance… So, what is Jason gonna do about it?

He is leading the charge. When Brady said he needed 92 tickets? Yeah, you know Jason laughed. Rookie numbers. The Kelces are rolling into New Orleans deep.
Speaking to People, Jason confirmed that it’s going to be an all-out family affair—including Taylor Swift. “Yeah, I think everybody’s coming in,” he said. “Trav always travels, like, full. Even when he’s in regular season mode… he’s always got a bunch of his friends there. It’s been this way his whole career.” Basically, the Kelce entourage is built for this moment. Throw in a few A-list friends like Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds? This isn’t just a football game—it’s an event.
But let’s talk about Jason for a second. The man is torn. He spent 13 years bleeding green for the Eagles. But his brother? He’s suiting up for the Chiefs. So, where does Jason’s loyalty lie? On New Heights, he kept it real. “Obviously, you’re my brother, I’ll always root for my brother. But there’s a lot of people in the Philadelphia organization… that feel like extended family to me.” Translation? He wants the Eagles to win—but he also wants Travis to ball out. A Super Bowl tie would be perfect for him, but, well… not gonna happen.

Travis had a solution: a split jersey. If their mom, Donna, could do it last year, why not Jason? “We need to get you a mom jacket,” Travis joked. But Jason? Not happening. “I can’t wear red, I can’t bring myself to it.” Last year, maybe. This year? No chance. And his wife Kylie? She’s right there with him. “I love Travis, but I was raised to bleed green.” Even their daughters are getting in on the action—rocking “Uncle Trav” shirts.
So here we are. The Kelces are rolling in, the Super Bowl is set, and one way or another, a Kelce is leaving New Orleans with a ring. The only question is—will Jason be celebrating with a beer… or drowning his sorrows in one?
