As a result, the quarterback scratched the Eagles logo off his old helmet and wore it. It was never reported to the public because it was used during off-season practice but for one whole year. Brady then explained why his Tampa Bay helmet was not made. The man stated, “I couldn’t get a helmet made because it was during Covid.”

While recounting the incident, the renowned quarterback believes it was hilarious. It happened in 2020, and his retirement was only a matter of a few seasons. The guy also accomplished some great things over those two years before hanging up his boots after the 2023 season. The QB continued, “I laugh when I see that helmet. I wore it for an entire off-season, and it was a big part of the end of my playing career.”
