On average, there are around 150 tornadoes in Texas annually.” This statement was made by National Weather Service (NWS) Fort Worth Meteorologist-in-Charge Tom Bradshaw in 2020. At that time, over 60 tornadoes were reported in Texas alone, causing much destruction. Now after 5 years, a somewhat similar situation has started for the US state. This time, it has also caught the attention of Terry Bradshaw’s daughter.

Just in January, the world saw destructive wildfires, which burned down many parts of Los Angeles. The nation was overcoming the situation as another natural disaster came up to ruin Texas this time. According to the reports, a powerful storm is moving across the country, causing multiple fires, severe thunderstorms and damages – Texas has started seeing its glimpse on this Tuesday.

Like many, Terry Bradshaw’s second daughter, Erin, too prayed for the state in this phase. She shared a story on her official Instagram account, featuring some photographs from the destruction in Texas. In addition to these pictures, World Champion Equestrian further revealed what happened at the place through her caption. While doing so, she also revealed a terrifying incident, informing her fans about her recent loss. Erin wrote, “It got a little western at 5 am here. Two of our loafing sheds got tossed like golf balls. Sadly one loafing shed was in our mare and baby pasture. We lost one baby and have one mare with a severe cut to her back leg that is due any day with her baby at the vet clinic.” That’s unfortunate news!

Terry Bradshaw has three daughters in total – Rachel, Erin and Lacey. Like Rachel, Erin was born and raised in Texas. Hence, this Texas incident has devastated her as she herself was present at the incident. But thankfully, it was a mild tornado effect which she experienced on Tuesday. However, that doesn’t mean her heart isn’t broken. Sharing her experience, she further wrote: “Not what anyone wants to wake up too and we are heartbroken to lose a baby but things could have been worse. I’m glad our home is okay. I have no idea what hit us but it had a little path through our property and down our road like a small tornado.

Besides this, Terry Bradshaw’s daughter also shared a collapsed, “uprooted” shed in which “the mare and baby were in.” Nevertheless, Erin is thankful enough to the cleaning squad, as she shared a sweet message for them in her next story. In this, the horse-riding lover penned down – “Thank you Steve Owens for coming first thing and cleaning with his crew and doing a total clean up. And thank you Weems and Stephens for the emergency vet care early this morning. Texas you can kiss my a*s today. And now we have a dust storm.

The dust storm and tornado were not much of a heavy impact. However, it blew away one of her pets as well as collapsed the sheds of the animals. This clearly reveals how devastating it is!

Erin is currently taking care of her ranch, mares, and home in Texas during this challenging time. Meanwhile, Terry Bradshaw no longer has to worry about his ranch. He sold his Thackerville, Oklahoma property, which was near the Texas border, in November 2023. The listed price was around $22.5 million, though the final sale amount remains undisclosed. However, that doesn’t mean Steelers‘s legend Bradshaw’s home is completely safe. After selling his ranch, reports suggest he moved into a smaller home in Texas.

With a tornado warning now in effect, his family faces the same concerns as thousands of other residents. Severe storms hit North Texas early Tuesday, which was experienced by Terry Bradshaw’s daughter. This has triggered multiple warnings. The National Weather Service (NWS) placed Mansfield, Burleson, and Rendo under a tornado watch until 11 a.m.

Though Terry Bradshaw left Mansfield decades ago, fans are still anxious since he resides in Texas. However, recent reports indicate he might be out of the state. Why? Because just two weeks ago, he was in Dallas, hosting and driving at the Monster Jam truck rally.
