Recently, Gisele revealed that she had been awarded the purple belt title in the art of jiu-jitsu, which she’s extremely passionate about. Apart from that, Bundchen’s charities continue to spread the message of education for women worldwide. It’s evident that she came out as a stronger and more independent woman out of the relationship, and with her newest post, she wants to improve her fans’ ways of dealing with stress through five methods.

Gisele Bundchen took to Instagram to share her secrets of leading a healthy life with all the right exercises. She’s been a firm advocate for fitness and in her newest post, she shares an insight into her fitness routine for the fans to see.

Gisele captioned the post by writing, “Managing stress is part of life and while we can’t always control our circumstances, we can choose how we respond to them and try to find healthy ways to deal with it.” She talked about her first method and said, “Do a physical activity: it doesn’t need to be weights at the gym.  The important thing is getting your body moving so you can benefit from the release of endorphins.”

Secondly, she stressed the importance of walking for 20 minutes a day in the presence of nature to lower stress and balance hormone levels. Thirdly, Gisele emphasized the art of meditation and advised fans to find a comfortable place to breathe to calm both the mind and the body. Fourthly, she talked about using herbal supplements like Ashwagandha to improve the body’s resilience to stress. And lastly, Bundchen advised the fans to eat a balanced diet and avoid sugary foods. Thus, her advice is a reminder that even during such a tumultuous time in her personal life, she can stay strong and focus on healing herself. With all that said, here’s a look at how Gisele has been focusing on her daughter’s daredevil tendencies as she comes to terms with being a co-parent, and her mental health.

In a recent interview with People magazine and CBS morning, Gisele was seen talking about the deeper intimacies of life. She was also heard talking about Vivian and her love of horseback riding. Furthermore, Bundchen recently purchased a horse farm, which would make it easier for her and Vivian to practice horseback riding on the grounds.

She also got candid about some dark thoughts she’s had like suicidal ideation. The model said, “I was in tunnels; I couldn’t breathe. And then, I started being in studios, and I felt, like, suffocated.” Since then, though, she’s been on the rise for the better.

After the split from Brady, Gisele has talked about how her sole purpose in life is to be the best mother she can be and help her children grow up into decent human beings. Bundchen said, “Whenever I’m ready to leave, I know I have left something behind that is beautiful and that is an asset versus something different” Thus, it is apparent that she has been recovering from the separation from Brady through the help of her children and exercises that aid her in dealing with stress.
