There are no brakes on what comes out of UFC fighter Sean Strickland’s mouth when he talks to the media about topics pertaining to women. He is known for his controversial views with one instance that came at the UFC 297 media day in January when he took a dig at women in MMA saying no one would watch women’s sports if they’re not coupled with men.

Despite garnering controversy online, UFC president Dana White can’t do anything about Sean Strickland’s antics even though he wishes otherwise. He said during an appearance with Pat McAfee, “At the end of the day, he’s entitled to his own opinion and he can say whatever he wants to say.” And even after that incident, Strickland got another chance to upset the netizens with Tom Brady’s Netflix roast.

Almost immediately after the roast, Tom Brady found out that things weren’t going smoothly on the family end. According to sources, Gisele Bündchen, who was the butt of many jokes owing to Brady’s divorce, was “deeply disappointed by the disrespectful portrayal of her family on Sunday evening’s roast show.” Following this, he reportedly reached out and apologized.

Although there were no roasts directed towards Brady’s kids, he realized the impact it had on them when he said, “I loved when the jokes were about me. I thought they were so fun. I didn’t like the way they affected my kids.” He added, “It was a bittersweet aspect… It affected the people I care about the most in the world. It makes you in some way a better parent going through it because sometimes you’re naive.” Everyone learns from mistakes and hopefully, the GOAT had a hard lesson learned.
