Shannon Sharpe doesn’t hold back as the 49ers steamroll the Cowboys

The Week 5 game between the host 49ers and visitors Dallas Cowboys was a belter. It was the clash of two promising sides. The Levi’s Stadium hosted a cracker of a game! The final results showcased a dominant 49ers game. As the Dallas Cowboys failed in their heavy-weight clash, Shannon Sharpe came down hard on the losing team. Truth be told, Sharpe didn’t hold back. Days after Stephen A. Smith gave his criticism of Dak Prescott’s performance, his friend jumped on the bandwagon. Sharpe is known for his harsh comments regarding the Cowboys QB in the past. This time being no different, he proceeded to call the side “frauds” and single out the player. In Week 5 games so far, Prescott has accounted for five touchdowns.

Additionally, he has completed four interceptions through his 1,000 yards. These numbers are pretty decent for an NFL QB player. However, another commentator tore down the player’s capabilities in a day that couldn’t get worse for the 30-year-old.

Shannon Sharpe didn’t shy away from calling the Cowboys “frauds” and getting personal against Prescott. His “First Take” co-host, Stephen A. Smith, also passed his comments.

Sharing a broad smile, Smith began his video talking about the Dallas Cowboys loss. This time being no different, the analyst’s smile kept shining brightly throughout the video. He passed a harsh verdict for the team: “One day you will learn: they will rise so they could fall. They had y’all fooled, didn’t y’all?” 

Dallas Cowboys are known for making resounding comebacks after facing defeats. They’ve done so twice in the season already. While the loss against the 49ers might seem back-breaking, they must come back and reply to their naysayers.
