Shannon Sharpe made his side of the argument pretty clear about his recent episode of ‘Nightcap’ with Chad Johnson. “He’s a great strategist, there’s no denying that,” commented Sharpe. However, he further went on to prove his point with a strong, “I see coach Belichick get blown out.” Sharpe had his fair point of mentioning Belichick letting the team down.

Tom Brady joined hands with the Patriots in 2000, a year that marked a historical change in their franchise name. After he got drafted in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL draft pick, Brady embarked on a legacy. He won his first Super Bowl just a year after he joined the Patriots in 2001. Following this, he led the team in 5 other Super Bowl wins, becoming 2 time MVP, along with making a reputation as one of the finest quarterbacks in the history of the NFL.
As he has so many accolades credited to his name, naturally fans would think that Patriots win because of him. However, there is still room for question that it might be due to the combined choreography of Belichick and Brady, which exactly was the question of Ochocinco. However, as Bray pointed out, if it were the case, then Belichick should be able to do just fine after Brady left, which is not the case. Patriots, one of the most decorated teams in the NFL, is slowly losing its charm given its falling records. Amidst this, analysts like Uncle Sharpe looking down upon the Patriots head coach do not seem surprising.
