The Super Bowl excitement is high and seems like it’s not just the fans that are buzzing with it. With the Chiefs and the Eagles set to compete in a rematch from 2 years ago, people have been constantly discussing the game and sharing their predictions. Well, the FOX team covering the Super Bowl has been doing so as well. Recently, though FOX revealed the new Super Bowl Score Bug they’ve created, and let’s just say fans did not like it one bit.
Several people took to X to share their disappointment with one fan commenting “Terrible lol,” while another wrote, “This is absolute sh-t”. One fad had an amazing observation as he made an interesting comparison after seeing the Scorebug. He said, “This looks like the score bug of an indie football video game lol.” Another simply wrote, “tbh yuck.” The fans were left utterly disappointed by this, even going ahead and saying it felt like animation writing, “Horrible, feel like I’m in an animation.” Many people called out for being cartoonish, even saying it looked like “Disney” created this. Well, this choice of the FOX team clearly hasn’t been accepted by the fans.

Well, talking about FOX, recently Tom Brady discussed how he was interested in seeing how the Eagles tackle the Chief’s offense. While doing so the Pats legend broke down how the Chiefs use motion to their advantage on offense. Brady demonstrated the play and even got the legendary Terry Bradshaw involved in the same. At 76 years old, it was amazing to see the Steelers legends still have that childlike enthusiasm for the game.
Terry Bradshaw would do things differently than Tom Brady?
Bradshaw has been involved with the FOX team for quite some time now and will be present for the FOX pre-game show as well. Earlier though, Bradshaw worked as a color commentator for CBS, before he joined FOX. Recently, the Steelers legend was asked whether he missed that working in that capacity. Well, the 76-year-old clearly stated, “Yes.” Expanding on the same, he said, “If you’re gonna cover football, you wanna be a broadcaster. I’m not a broadcaster in the pre-game show, I’m a personality that knows football.”

Well, the color commentator role for FOX is currently being fulfilled by another NFL legend, Tom Brady. Well, the Steelers legend also discussed Brady and talked about how his approach to broadcasting would be different than that of the Patriots’ legend: “I approach football from an entertainment standpoint as opposed to if I was doing the game like Brady’s doing, I would look at it totally differently.” The Steelers legend might not be the color commentator, but it will still be amazing to watch him during the pre-game, as he never fails to entertain.
As anticipation for the Super Bowl mounts, FOX’s coverage has ignited both excitement and debate. The recently criticized Score Bug and the thoughtful analysis from Tom Brady and Terry Bradshaw have made headlines regarding the network’s game approach. While Brady delivers a meticulous play breakdown, Bradshaw injects entertainment with his vibrant personality. Despite their contrasting styles, both legends enhance the broadcast, keeping fans engaged.
