Sky Sports pundit and former Wolves and West Brom striker Don Goodman had voiced their criticism of Birmingham City’s decision to remove John Eustace while in a play-off spot and questioned the “no-fear” plan of the new owners. Goodman empathized with Wayne Rooney, stating that the club’s current situation is the owners’ fault, not Rooney’s.

The club shared footage on social media of Brady meeting with Rooney and touring the facilities, with the NFL legend attending practice while sporting a club hoodie. Brady shared his experience on Instagram, describing it as a “beautiful day at St. Andrew’s.” Following a goalless draw with Rotherham, currently positioned second-last in the 24-team Championship, fans have grown increasingly frustrated with Rooney, expressing a preference for Eustace’s coaching, which was yielding positive results before the managerial change.
