Jim Harbaugh is entering the NFL again and this time all eyes are on him. In his first press conference with the Los Angeles Chargers, he boldly declared that his vision for the team is to “win multiple championships.” That being said, there’s no room for errors and he’s making sure that everything is going to be as smooth as the beginning by building an impeccable coaching roster.
Ever since taking up the Chargers HC role, Jim Harbaugh hasn’t been resting. He’s bringing in the best prospects both from college football and the NFL to coach his new team. He has experience with these new coaches, making him confident that their guidance will lead the Chargers to their first Super Bowl win since their establishment in 1959.

Jim Harbaugh is in a great place, as his most recent confession suggests. From meeting the Chargers players to fortifying and rounding up the coaching staff, it looks like things are going his way. So far so good as he admitted, “Every day is great. It’s been super productive and it’s coming together really well… It’s the best darn job I’ve ever had to start out with.”
When you’re receiving the right treatment, it shows in the performance. Jim Harbaugh also brings in owner Dean Spanos and credits him for his great start with the Chargers. The 60-year-old said, “It starts with Dean Spanos. Everybody is so together and on a mission. He treats people with respect and that filters down to everybody in the entire organization.” It’s interesting how Harbaugh is changing the Chargers’ coaching staff with acclaimed coaches in whom he sees potential.

Other coaches that Jim Harbaugh brought in with utmost confidence include DC Jesse Minter, OC Greg Roman, and head strength and conditioning coach Ben Herbert. For a team that is lying in the trenches, Jim Harbaugh will need to build a strong team, come up with effective strategies, and plant a winning mentality in the minds of the players. He’s already doing that with his positive attitude and relentless work ethic. The fruits of his efforts will hopefully ripen once the season begins.
