Following his recovery from an ACL injury that kept him sidelined in 2022, Beckham Jr. paid a visit to True Spec Golf’s Fitting Studio at Talking Stick in Scottsdale, Arizona, during this year’s NFL preseason.

When questioned about his newfound interest in golf, Beckham Jr. responded, “One, it was a pastime. And then, my pops loved it, so. It was cool, but I want to get good enough to talk some sh*t.” After sharing a playful chuckle with the interviewer, it is worth mentioning that OBJ’s venture into golf is not his first, as he has showcased his golfing skills in the past. However, while he excels in his primary sports endeavors, he faced a significant setback due to an ACL tear that necessitated a major surgical procedure.
OBJ has had a history of injuries during his career

Beckham has faced numerous injuries throughout his NFL career, including multiple left leg injuries. In the Super Bowl against the Cincinnati Bengals, he hurt his left leg. He suffered a hip injury in November 2012 but returned to LSU’s bowl game. In June 2014, a hamstring injury occurred during the spring camp of the New York Giants. A lingering hamstring issue caused him to miss preseason and the first four games in August 2014. Then, he suffered a thumb injury that required maintenance in November 2016.
An ankle sprain in his left leg in August 2017 led to missed games. A left ankle fracture ended his 2017 season prematurely. In November 2018, he had a quad bruise and missed the final four games. In October 2020, he tore his left ACL and missed the season’s remainder. Despite a toe injury, he played through it. Following his second ACL tear, Beckham underwent successful ACL surgery performed by Dr. James Andrews. The rehabilitation process in Arizona took longer than expected, leading to frustration within the Cleveland Browns organization.
