Denver Broncos‘ newly appointed head coach Sean Payton didn’t stay mum after recent criticism of his operational methods. A Mile High Sports radio host and reporter went after Payton’s lackluster handling of the new job at hand. And Payton wasn’t just going to sit by and listen.
Co-host of the Morning Drive on Mile High Sports, Eric Goodman, thinks Sean Payton is taking too long to gather his coaching ensemble. However, it looks as though Goodman hadn’t researched enough, owing to Payton’s secretive methods. And that gave the former Saints HC the perfect reply opportunity.

After the dismal 5-12 record in Russell Wilson‘s first season in the Orange Crush, the Broncos reeled in former New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton in exchange for future picks. Payton has now changed the way things operate and limited media exposure counts high on that list.

“The story broke about Sean Payton becoming the Broncos’ head coach 24 days ago. Right now, he has 6 coaches on his staff, including himself & has 12 more to fill, including everyone on defense. Please don’t sell me a pile of garbage he’s taking his time. This is embarrassing,” Goodman tweeted. However, Sean was waiting right around the corner, with the perfect surprise.
“16 with 5 to go. We’ll fill you in when we’re ready,” the former Super Bowl-winning coach wrote back.

This is Payton's second week on the job. He had contractual obligations until 2/13, his first day on the job. If you're bored, Denver has 3 other big sports franchises. And, Boulder, with Coach Prime is only 30 minutes away.

Fans unequivocally reinforced their coach’s play-calling in this particular scenario. Some even put in their own resumes for the remaining roles. However, Sean Payton has a few ideas of his own on personnel.
Who all are going to fill the remaining positions?
Based on Payton’s offensive expertise, the majority of the sixteen coaches hired are assumed to have filled the offensive duties. And with the Broncos keeping a lid on their hiring activities, some pretty big names have flown in and out of Dove Valley in the last few days and weeks. Most likely to fill the defensive coordinator role. And fans gave their own suggestions.
Y’know Sean you should really sign Matt Patrica as your DC great coordinator who can run a defense well I mean he took a defense to the Super Bowl so I’d definitely look into getting him on your staff! He’s an amazing all around DC so yea!
