Thanks to their talents, few athletes become household names even before playing a single snap in the NFL. Trevor Lawrence is one such player.

Standing at a proud 6’6″, the Clemson Tigers quarterback rose to fame thanks to his incredible performances in his freshman year.

Guiding the team to an undefeated season, Clemson handed Alabama its heaviest defeat (44-16) in the Nick Saban-era during the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship game.

Parents led Trevor Lawrence to success

Primarily raised in Cartersville, Georgia, Trevor Lawrence grew up with his parents and older sibling Chase. The two also have a 9-year-old sister named Olivia.

Recognizing Trevor’s talent at a young age, Jeremy Lawrence hired a quarterback trainer in 8th grade to work with Trevor during the offseason.

Another thing Trevor can be thankful to his dad for is his height. Standing at a towering 6’7″, Jeremy Lawrence is much taller than a usual American. Currently, Jeremy works as a safety and environmental manager at Gerdau.
