Aaron Rodgers continues to hold out. The Green Bay Packers quarterback has been at loggerheads with the franchise for sometime now. And going by reports, he wishes to move away to greener pastures.

While the Packers are reluctant to let go off their franchise QB, Rodgers’ actions suggest he won’t be kitting up for the franchise anytime soon. Or perhaps ever again.

But then where might the quarterback go? Which side can provide him the platform that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers provided to Tom Brady? One NFL analyst believes that team belongs in the AFC West.

Denver Broncos the perfect platform for Aaron Rodgers

Appearing on the Rich Eisen Show, NFL analyst Louis Riddick singled out the Denver Broncos as the perfect landing spot for Aaron Rodgers going forward.

“I really do think based on the stuff that you hear when you put your ear to the ground that maybe the Denver Broncos could do that,” Riddick said.

Explaining as to why the side can provide Rodgers the support he needs, Riddick highlighted the offense and Head Coach Vic Fangio’s role.

“Just think of the weaponry that they have, the improvements they made on the offensive line, the people they have running the football. Along with a defensive minded head coach who can scheme it up and play top 10 defense on a consistent basis in coach Fangio.”

But perhaps the key role in snagging Rodgers falls on the interest of Broncos GM George Paton. “You have a GM right now, who clearly from all indications is very interested in what’s going on with Aaron Rodgers. He’s very interested in talking with the Packers if they really do want to talk.”

A side with rich NFL history, the Broncos could well be the perfect landing spot for Aaron Rodgers.

“That’s a legacy pedal franchise out there. One of those pillar type of franchises. It’s been a destination spot for many players for a long time.”
