Amid all the spotlight on Travis Kelce because of his rumored relationship with Taylor Swift, news about Jason Kelce has become a little less frequent. The 35-year-old Philadelphia Eagles’ center lives a quiet life with his wife, Kylie, and three beautiful daughters. However, in the recent game against the New York Jets, which the Eagles surprisingly lost, the Kansas City Chiefs TE got a shocker.
Because of the ongoing season and their grueling schedule, the two rarely can attend each other’s games. The Kelce brothers were last together on the gridiron during Super Bowl LVII when the Chiefs managed to snatch the Lombardi Trophy with a close 38-35 victory over the Eagles. But Travis recently did attend the Eagles game and things did not go down too well for him.

To get his brother Travis Kelce to attend his games, the 35-year-old Jason Kelce has often brought forth the threatening card of retirement to the forefront. And that threat is enough for Jason to make him attend as many Eagles games as he can. And both Jason and Travis were surprised to find that when the broadcasters aimed their camera at Jason, all decked in Philly colors, the label below him showed him as “Jason’s brother”.
Being the humble man he is, Jason admitted that he was always “Travis’ brother” since Travis is more out there in the media. In response to this, the TE joked, “I’ll never be Jason Kelce and I get reminded of it all the time. And it makes me feel like a little boy.”
He also said that Eagles jerseys were all sold out at the stadium and many people were wearing #62, Jason’s jersey number. While the younger Travis is the more popular of the two, it is refreshing to see the two on the podcast, chatting away like siblings, not an ounce of jealousy or rivalry in them.
Rivalry is only limited to the gridiron field. Speaking of which, the Eagles were handed their first defeat of the season, and that too by the Jets! The match seemed to take a thrilling scene, depicting scenes of astonishment all throughout the game.

In a shocker of a match, the 2-3 New York Jets managed to defeat the till-then undefeated Eagles. Most analysts had thought that the game was a foregone conclusion. Without Aaron Rodgers, there was no way Zach Wilson could take on the mighty Eagles. But boy did the QB outdo himself.
The Eagles scored two touchdowns in the first half. After that the Jets’ defense completely shut them down, resulting in a scoreless second half. The 20-14 defeat was surely a humbling experience for the Eagles who have their next match against the Miami Dolphins. Brother will take on Brother on 21 November, in the first Chiefs vs. Eagles match after the Super Bowl.
