Tyreek Hill and Stephen A Smith are trading blows at each other. It all started when ESPN’s “First Take” host came up with his opinions, hitting jabs at Miami Dolphins quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa. In return, WR Hill tried to slam all the haters of Tagovailoa, indirectly addressing Smith. And now it seems the battle isn’t stopping here.
There is no doubt that Tua Tagovailoa falls under the category of the quarterbacks who face back-to-back criticisms. Last year, when he faced two serious concussions and multiple injuries, that time too, many outlashed the quarterback with even some demanding him to step down from the league. Most recently, Tagovailoa was hit by Stephen A. Smith for allegedly taking credit for the Dolphins’ win. To give him a befitting reply, Tyree Hill came up as the defender of the QB, and now once again, Smith has tried to “educate” the WR.
The battle of specific words is still on!

While Tua Tagovailoa is having a good season this time, ESPN’s “First Take” host Stephen A. Smith does not think so. Continuing the banter, a mere after Tyreek Hill’s replies, Smith featured the clip of Hill’s comments on his morning show. He then began saying, “I want to educate some folks. When you come at me, you gotta have receipts. You gotta know what the hell you’re talking about.” He continued, “First of all, quote me accurately. Second… I’m getting sick and tired of no-name dudes asking questions to stars….I got seven TVs in my basement. To accuse me of not watching the games, Tyreek Hill, please watch your mouth. You don’t know what you’re talking about.” Smith further politely closed his statements saying that he thinks Tyreek Hill deserves to be an MVP more than Tua Tagovailoa.

Earlier Smith passed his comments on the 25-year-old QB, saying, “I don’t know if y’all watching Miami enough. All of these passes ain’t for 19, 20, 30, 40 yards. You just got Tua dipping it two yards to [Tyreek Hill].” He claimed that the team’s performance & success this season is more based on Hill’s gameplay. According to him, Tagovailoa throws the ball deep down the field to receiver Hill, and due to the 29-year-old WR’s passes, the game results in significant game plays, ultimately contributing to the Dolphins’ victory.
In response, Hill backed up his best friend Tagovailoa, calling himself “sick and tired” of listening to all the hate towards him. Furthermore, Hill also claimed that his best friend Tagovailoa deserves to be an MVP, especially after seeing his comeback from injuries.

As of now, the Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa is tied with the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes in fans’ favorites. This season, the 25-year-old quarterback has got on to a blazing start. Tagovailoa is leading the league with his 1,876 passing yards, 114.1 pass rating, and 14 TD passes. Furthermore, he has created an incredible winning streak after a 70-20 win over the Denver Broncos. With this, he has become the top quarterback winning ten straight games against the Super Bowl winning coaches.
As a matter of fact, Tagovailoa has suffered multiple injuries. His last season resulted in two major concussions, causing him to step down from the season. Now, as he has come back, the QB is also taking care of himself to combat concussions. For that, the Heisman Trophy runner-up has switched to a new quarterback-specific helmet. Moreover, Tagovailoa has led his team to a 5-1 record, which is currently the highest score in the NFL so far, with only a few teams achieving this level of success.
