With the Bears‘ quarterback Justin Fields scoring a 3-yard touchdown in the second quarter, the Broncos solidified their position as the worst defense ever assembled in the league’s history. The Orange Crush has now conceded 120 points in just their fourth game into the season, the most by any team ever.
But things were entirely different ten years back when the Broncos took on the Cowboys. Despite the close scoreline of the match, the Broncos set the record for the most points scored ever in the first five NFL games of a season, being no less than 230. The legendary Mannings had a field day as he collected an unbelievable 56 TDs in the season.
