Senior NFL Insider Confuses Taylor Swift With Game of Thrones Mega Star While Covering the Chiefs vs Jets

The Kansas City Chiefs and New York Jets are having a game at MetLife Stadium. As speculated earlier, Taylor Swift has also graced the stadium with her attendance. The world, especially the NFL community, is going wild for Tay-Tay.

There is probably no one in the world who does not know who Taylor Swift is. However, there is one senior NFL reporter who confused Swift and Swifties with her latest post before the game’s kickoff.

Doesn’t Dianna Russini know Taylor Swift?

The senior NFL insider, Dianna Russini, recently shared a post on her Instagram during her Sunday Night Football game coverage. However, what she posted was a blunder. She shared a video post in which she referred to Sophie Turner as Taylor Swift. She wrote the caption, “I said Hi. She said Hi back. Am I Swifty? Taylor Swift at MetLife.” Game of Thrones actor Turner, who played Sansa Stark in the series, has also arrived at MetLife with Taylor Swift to support the Chiefs.

As soon as she entered the hall, Russini shot her entry video and then posted it referring to her as Tay-Tay. However, afterwards when she saw Taylor Swift, the senior reporter deleted the video. She shared another video of the “real” Tay-Tay and wrote the same caption. Committing such a blunder from a senior NFL reporter is indeed a faux pas. However, what’s fortunate is that she realized her mistake in a few minutes, sharing a cheerful and happy video of Taylor Swift’s entry.

Although the fans wanted to see Rodgers and Patrick Mahomes play against each other on the field, destiny had other plans for the gray-bearded man. Nevertheless, the 39-year-old NFL quarterback has arrived to support his team, using crutches.
