Patrick Mahomes Foundation to Donate $1,500 for Every Touchdown That He Scores This Season

The quarterback is a father of two, a family man with a loving wife, and a philanthropist. Patrick and his wife Brittany run a charitable foundation that works for the betterment of children nationwide.

The Kansas City Chiefs star has recently taken a new initiative, which is all about helping youth. Mahomes has signed a partnership deal with a national charitable organization that supports children. Alongside donating a large amount of money, the foundation will provide them with extended support for the upcoming years.

Patrick Mahomes kicks off a new campaign

Mahomes established the 15 and the Mahomies Foundation in 2019. The foundation helps children with health, wellness, and monetary resources. It has already provided a wide range of support to various communities across the U.S. On Wednesday, Mahomes kicked off the new campaign with the Boys & Girls Clubs of America for a long-term commitment. The Boys & Girls Clubs of America is a national organization that works in local chapters for the development of youths after their schooling. Mahomes on Wednesday took to Instagram to announce the wonderful news.

In the Instagram reel, Patrick revealed that his foundation will donate $1,500 to the club for every touchdown he scores or throws in the season. He also revealed that he and his wife will sponsor the club’s facilities and scholarship in the greater Kansas City area.

According to the deal, the foundation will give the club a massive $1.625 million in total in a multiyear commitment. It will be a massive push to the children looking for financial help for their post-schooling studies. But, as the saying goes, charity begins at home… without the support of his better half, Brittany, these philanthropic moves wouldn’t have been possible for the quarterback.

Charity began at home for Mahomes

Long before their community work, Mahomes and his wife have been darlings and supported each other through thick and thin. The duo became the lifeline of the beautiful family as it grew with time. The family now consists of four more gorgeous members: the couple’s two-and-a-half-year-old daughter, Sterling, a 10-month-old son, Bronze, and two lively canines named Steel and Silver.
