Cornerbacks Brandin Echols and D. J. Reed have been ruled out of the game, according to the final injury report. The Jets already knew they would be without Echols, but now they have received more bad injury news. D. J. Reed remains under concussion protocol after experiencing symptoms earlier this week. “DJ is a special football player,” said Saleh about Reed. “He alleviates some of the pressure of trying to be perfect with regards to match-up.” In a positive development, DB Tony Adams and Guard Wes Schweitzer were full participants. Both players had missed the past two games due to injury.

A-Rod’s presence from the sidelines may work wonders!

With Russell Wilson coming into form, the Jets have a tough fight ahead. But the sight at the Broncos camp is not pretty either. Randy Gregory was traded to the San Francisco 49ers, while LB Baron Browning has been ruled out due to a knee injury. The Broncos’ defense, which was nothing amazing, to begin with, will be even more weakened. RB Javonte Williams is dealing with a quad injury, while Tackle Mike Purcell is still struggling with his rib injury. Will the Jets be able to make the most of a weak Broncos defense?

The Denver Broncos are back home for their Week 5 match, after two consecutive games on the road. The scales seem to be slightly tipped in the Broncos’ favor, but you never can really tell in a football game. In the game against the Chiefs, talisman Aaron Rodgers’ presence proved to be lucky for the Jets as they managed to lose by only 3 points to one of the strongest teams in the league. Will Rodgers be in Denver to support his team as well?
