The Miami Dolphins are flying right now. After disposing of the winless Carolina Panthers 42-21 last week, the squad is set to travel to Philadelphia to lock horns with the Eagles. But, before the toughest task of the Dolphins’ season till now, they have received bad news, a setback they wouldn’t have wanted this week.

The Dolphins are 5-1 this season, their defense and offense working in tandem with each other. HC Mike McDaniel’s plays are coming off beautifully and 25-year-old QB Tua Tagovailoa has been a sensation this season. As they prepare to take on another side with a 5-1 record on the road, they’d be hoping these five injuries aren’t a setback for them.

The Dolphins released an injury report before their training session. Though fans won’t be surprised that formidable CB Jalen Ramsey wasn’t a part of the session. Ramsey tore his meniscus on the 2nd day of the training camp in July and there’s no available timeline as to when we can see him back. But the other 4 have been good rotation options, which are listed as questionable.

CB Xavien Howard, FB Alec Ingold, DB Nik Needham, and OL Connor Williams all have played bit-part roles in the success of the Dolphins this season. But for this week’s clash, these four are still in probable status.

Still, more than 30 hours to go before the kick-off. These 4 important athletes might be available for the game. Only time will tell whether these 4 will be available in time, as the Dolphins take on the Super Bowl Winners the Philadelphia Eagles (2018).

HC Mike McDaniel recently released a statement, expressing, “Because it is a team, we’re working together, and I know one thing: I’ve coached a long time, and I haven’t seen people do what our guys do.” He is not wrong as the Dolphins are displaying their superiority in the offensive department. But the 25-year-old QB for the Eagles, Jalen Hurts will look to hound the Dolphins’ defense.

The Eagles suffered their first loss of the season to the New York Jets, last week. And are now looking to bounce back to their home ground. Hurts, who is in his second season, has shown improvement as a passer and a leader, also using his legs to create the play. Tua will finally have his match on the field as the battle for the most dynamic young QB will be on.
