‘Down to Earth’ Taylor Swift Impresses Travis Kelce’s Super Family With Her Charming Persona

The alleged romance between Kansas City Chiefs star player Travis Kelce and pop icon Taylor Swift has become an obsession, not only in the NFL but also among people who are not at all interested in football. The whole dimension of the NFL has transformed since the 12-time Grammy-winning artist got associated with the Chiefs squad as a whole. But again, as NFL cameras tilted towards Swift’s impeccable presence amid an equally eye-catching touchdown, there is a little development in this story, and it has everything to do with Kelce’s family and Swift.

On multiple occasions, Swift was seen sharing space in the stadium with Kelce’s family and could be seen actively interacting with them. Not only is she spending time with his family in the stadium, but also off the field. It seems like Swift has made a strong impression on the Kelce family, and the same is evident from what Ed Kelce has to say about Kelce’s rumored girlfriend.

What does Ed Kelce think about Swift?

We mostly see Swift and Kelce’s mom interacting with each other, but not that frequently with his dad, Ed Kelce. However, in week 6 of the NFL, when the Kansas City Chiefs were facing off against the Denver Broncos, the camera captured Swift talking to Ed Kelce. Not much is known about his dad’s opinion of Swift, but in an interview with People Magazine, he opened up about it. It turns out that he is very impressed by Swift’s down-to-earth nature.

He then talked about an incident that gave him the impression that she is genuine and not spoiled like other celebrities. He said, “We’re sitting in the suite, she gets up and in the front room, she gets up to go get a drink or something and she starts picking up empty bottles, cans, plates that are scattered around.” He also found her very smart, saying,, “She’s very smart. I mean, very. That comes through right away.”

Later on the ‘New Heights’ podcast, both brothers Travis and Jason talked about Swift’s interaction with their dad. Jason jokingly said, ‘He shouldn’t be talking to Taylor Swift,’ to which Travis couldn’t stop laughing and ‘felt terrible’ for Swift. It seems like both enjoyed and were happy about this moment between their dad and Swift.

Travis Kelce’s mom wants this newly formed connection to exercise caution!

As Kelce’s dad is very positive about Swift, Kelce’s mom Donna has some advice for her son and his rumored girlfriend Taylor Swift. According to reports, Donna wants them to take this thing a little bit slow and give time to develop their relationship naturally. This doesn’t mean she is not in favor of Swift, but she is speaking out of care. In a conversation with the ‘Today’ show, she talked about her son’s rumored relationship, “It’s fairly new, so I don’t like to talk about it,” She continued, “It’s just one of those things where you know obviously, everybody saw me, I was in the boxes with her and yeah it’s just you know another thing that’s amped up my life.”

On September 24, when the Chiefs were playing against the Chicago Bears, it was her first time sharing space with Swift. When asked about that experience, she said, “It was okay.” Now, with the Kelce family involved, it will be interesting to see how things go ahead between Kelce and Swift.
