In Week 6 of the NFL, the Tennessee Titans are playing against the Baltimore Ravens in London. The Ravens have thrashed Tennessee by 24-16. From the very first half, everything was going against the Titans. However, there is another incident from the game that is making waves on social media.
A video has been circulating on social media where the Titans’ wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins can be seen leaving his place as soon as his fellow receiver, Kyle Philips, sat near him. Talks in the NFL world suggest that Hopkins didn’t want to share a space with Philips after his embarrassing fumble.

The incident happened just after Philips fumbled and gave the ball to the Ravens with only 1 second left for halftime. This mistake led to the Ravens scoring 3 points. After this, Philips went to the bench with a walk of shame and was about to sit next to Hopkins. However, Hopkins appeared indifferent and immediately walked away, which was seen as rubbing salt in Philips’ wound. It was perceived as an insult to Philips. Since being drafted in the fifth round by Tennessee in 2022, he has only managed eight catches for 78 yards.

Some are looking at this incident as merely a coincidence. Perhaps Hopkins needed to get up and stretch, or maybe the coach called him. But the timing is indeed suspicious. Meanwhile, Hopkins is also not performing up to his status. He has not been able to show his best performance. After 5 games, Hopkins has 26 catches for 365 yards and zero touchdowns. But as they say, you never know with the NFL, stay tuned for more updates.
