The two-time MVP  graces a new commercial for the label, Subway, the renowned sandwich chain. The 14-second ad promotes the new MVP Program offered by the giant, which allows customers to earn points while making purchases. Alongside Patrick Mahomes, Chargers QB Justin Herbert also shares the screen for Subway.

The Chiefs captain shared the commercial on his official Twitter handle, writing, “Being an MVP is rewarding, especially when we’re talking @SUBWAY MVPs! Join now to rack up points to use towards free subs. #SubwayPartner.”

Right at the beginning, Mahomes pitches the enticing reward system introduced by the label. Justin Herbert enters the scene, holding the label’s iconic footlong Subway sandwich while Mahomes is seen practicing throwing the pigskin.

Herbert quips, “Super Bowl MVPs do get all the perks?” to which Mahomes replies, “I’m talking about Subway MVP. It’s a way bigger deal.” Herbert, asks again, “Do you get a trophy for that?” Patrick Mahomes closes the conversation, saying, “I wish,” as the ad wraps up.
