After the Brittany Mahomes vs. Taylor Swift rivalry that blew up the Internet soon after her Arrowhead appearance, a new star has entered the fray. Swift made a surprising appearance at the Chiefs vs. Bears game, jumping and cheering for her rumored date, Chiefs TE Travis Kelce. Brittany is used to having the spotlight on herself and being the reigning queen of the Kansas City Chiefs, she does not want to give up her title so soon.
But netizens were disappointed when the fabricated rivalry ended with Taylor and Brittany taking shots together and sealing their friendship. The next thing we know, the two were in the same box with Deadpool and Wolverine, having a gala time. Enter Ciara Wilson.
A tale of three queens

Ciara Wilson is probably the most famous super-wife in the NFL. Her popularity stems not from the fact that she is married to the Denver Broncos’ QB, Russell Wilson, but that she is an accomplished entertainer herself. She has won one Grammy Award and five nominations, besides other awards. But now her “most famous super-wife” title is under attack. Should Taylor Swift get hitched to Kelce, the 12-time Grammy Award winner will eclipse all other football spouses in popularity.
Where does this leave Brittany? She is a former soccer player and owner of the women’s soccer team, the Kansas City Current. In the war of popularity, she may be the last one, as her fame does not extend beyond soccer. But hey, Patrick Mahomes is probably the greatest QB playing in the league now and she is his wife. That counts for something, right? Speaking of Mahomes, another rivalry will be playing out on the gridiron field.

Will a Wilson beat Mahomes for the second time?
Zach Wilson was an anomaly in Patrick’s perfect record. He is the only opposing QB in Mahomes’ career to beat him in terms of number of completions, passing yards, and interceptions. And Zach is no Russell. He only came in as the starting QB because the 4x NFL MVP, Aaron Rodgers, tore his Achilles in a season-ending injury. Russell, on the other hand, is a 12-year NFL veteran. He earlier played with the Seattle Seahawks where he also managed to lead the team and win the Super Bowl.
On October 12, while an intangible rivalry is playing out on the sidelines between Brittany, Taylor, and Ciara, it will be Mahomes vs. Wilson on the gridiron. Will Wilson be able to defeat Mahomes, considering he has a better on-paper stat record, or will the 2x SB MVP clinch victory for the fifth time this season?
