The Buffalo Bills are doing things to the Miami Dolphins that would have the Denver Broncos consider that their revenge has been exacted. Last week, the Dolphins won the match by a glorious 70-20 against the Broncos. This week, however, they’re facing a landscape change of sorts. The Bills are leading the Dolphins by a huge 48-20.

But in the NFL there are plot twists every minute. This twist, however, could cost the Bills and their star QB Josh Allen, his season.

Tre’Davious White went down with a no-contact injury leg/ankle injury with less than a minute remaining in the third quarter. A social media sleuth took to ‘X’ to share the news. The star cornerback, who threw his helmet in anger, was writhing on the field. This clearly indicates that things don’t look great for White.

The entire Bills crew called for the medical staff and gathered around White as he was being looked at and then eventually carried away for further check-ups. The pro footballer was in tears at the impact of the injury.

White eventually left the field with a towel over his head. The Bills’ front office has since announced that White is being evaluated for an ankle injury. Will White make a comeback?

Uncertainty mounts over Tre’Davious White’s replacement

This is not White’s first tryst with a season-ending injury. In 2021, White suffered a nasty ACL tear that cost him that season and even the first few games of 2022. While it took the cornerback around a year to return to the gridiron after that injury, the pro footballer has started every game this season and six regular-season as well as two playoff games last year. White even had an interception in last week’s victory over the Washington Commanders.
