The New England Patriots have not been able to find their groove and rhythm in the current NFL season. They started the season with two back-to-back losses. The third week?s game against?the Jets showed us some good signs as the Patriots defeated them by?10-15. After that, the Cowboys 38-3 and the Saints 34-0 completely decimated the Pats. This week it was very crucial for the Patriots to register a much-needed win. In a well-fought game, the Raiders handed the fifth defeat to the team by 21-17.

The Pats put up a great fight in the second half, but it was just not enough. Head coach and general manager of the Patriots Bill Belichick has found himself in fresh trouble as he is not used to digesting so many drawbacks. Bill Belichick: Is there a new plan for the Pats?

This is the time when the Patriots need Belichick to step up and come up with a much better plan. All that matters now is that the team needs to win a game. Just putting up a fight is not bringing out any positive results. After ending up on the losing side five out of six times, the comeback is not going be any easier.

The Patriots are going to face a much more evolved side this week, which is the Buffalo Bills. The Bills have lost two and won four. Their win against the Giants 14-9 made sure that they are going to lose out on their form any time soon. The record-breaking performance of the experienced QB Josh Allen, who went on to secure four touchdowns in the match against the Dolphins, was exceptional. But thanks to such an excpetional gameplay, the next week?s game, the Patriots vs the Bills, is sure to raise eyebrows all around.
