Taylor Swift graced NFL fans by appearing at Lambeau Field for the Green Bay Packers vs. Kansas City Chiefs game on Sunday Night Football. While everyone assumed that since the Chiefs were undefeated with Swift in attendance, this time also her presence would be their good luck charm. Matters just weren’t meant to be that way this time around! Seems like someone else’s wishes and prayers triumphed over Swift’s own.
The Chiefs vs. Packers game was a star-packed one with 12x Grammy award-winning Taylor Swift watching the game alongside 2x SB MVP Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes. Also in attendance was the GOAT of gymnastics, Simone Biles Owens. However, the emotions flooding Swift and Biles were a complete scene of opposition, with one leaving the game disheartened and another surrounded by the praises of the fans.

Karl Winter took to X to share a video of a plane leaving the Green Bay airstrip. The plane was carrying the billionaire singer-songwriter Taylor Swift who had just come for 6 hours to Green Bay to watch her beau Travis Kelce face the Packers. And soon after the game, she slipped away “like a moment in time.”

According to the post, this was her first trip to Title Town in 15 years. This was also her first appearance at a Chiefs game after the Los Angeles Chargers game as she is currently on a break from her Eras Tour. Unfortunately, though, the comeback to the stadium did not turn out as well for the star, as her love interest’s team, the Chiefs, lost the match rather staggeringly.

The highlight though also surrounds the Swift-Biles missed meet. As no photos of them together have surfaced from the game, it seems that Taylor Swift left without meeting Simone Biles, who was there to cheer for her husband Jonathan Owens.
Biles, as it turned out, became the Packers’ talisman. And matters looked more than pleasant for the Green Bay side along with the gymnast, whose video surfaced recently as she was being commended by her ardent fans.

Simone Biles’ kiss proves to be a “kiss of luck” for the Packers
Simone Biles was greeted by a super fan wearing Cheesehead gear from top to bottom and he presented her with a GOAT headgear to celebrate her status as the greatest gymnast in the history of the sport. The heartwarming moment had Biles all smiling and reflecting her overwhelmed emotion after the little tribute.

Before the game, Simone had passionately kissed her husband and wished him luck for the game. Although he did not put up an extraordinary show in the Chiefs clash, he recorded one of his best tackle counts this season at 5. Alongside this, in the 2023 season, Jonathan Owens scored his first NFL touchdown in the game against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving Day. Biles’ reaction to that had gone viral on social media as well.
Most of the damage to the Chiefs was done by their own offensive team, but it does seem like Simone’s “kiss of luck” had Lady Luck smiling on the Packers and helped them defeat the 3x SB Champions.
