Besides this, Swift also owns two adjacent Tribeca Penthouses in the same city, with a combined total of 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The Big Apple also has Swift’s Tribeca New York Condo Expansion in the same Tribeca building. Apart from these, the 12-time Grammy winner also has two luxurious homes in Los Angeles.

One is her 10,982-square-foot Beverly Hills Estate, and the other is a ranch-style Beverly Hills Midcentury Modern Home. However, Swift no longer owns this home as she sold it for $2.65 million, $300,000 less than the actual price. Watch Hill Seaside Estate in Rhode Island is another addition to her real estate book. She purchased this 4,000-square-foot home, which is situated north of Houston, Texas, last year.

This house has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a family room, a kitchen, a dining room, and a pool. Biles recently married Packers safety Jonathan Owens, and now, together, they are building their new adobe in Texas. Most recently, they revealed the images of their under-construction mega-mansion.
