Tyreek Hill’s absence at Dolphins practice on Wednesday has raised concerns, as the star receiver is nursing a lingering foot injury from last week. With Miami prepping for their upcoming clash against the Buffalo Bills, Hill’s no-show at the media-access portion of practice is sparking speculation. “No Tyreek Hill at practice today,” an observer noted, adding that he’s been “nursing a foot injury from last week.”

While Hill sat out, other key players like Zach Sieler (eye), Kader Kohou (neck), and Julian Hill (shoulder) were also absent from the open practice. The good news? Jevon Holland seemed to be in form, working with a trainer, and quarterback Tua Tagovailoa was seen gearing up, ready to face Buffalo.
Tyreek Hill’s Injury Update
Dolphins fans and fantasy managers, breathe easy—Tyreek Hill is giving signs he’ll be good to go for Sunday’s season opener against the Jacksonville Jaguars, despite his recent injury. Hill, who missed the Dolphins’ preseason games and even skipped a joint practice with the Buccaneers, assured everyone on Monday: “I’m fine, man, I’m fine…just needed some days off. That’s it.” He added with a playful tone, “All my fantasy, draftees, draft people, I’m fine. A-OK. 100%.”
His return to practice alongside Jaylen Waddle, both without non-contact jerseys, is an even clearer sign that Hill might be in top form come game time. Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN confirmed that Hill and Waddle suited up for practice, which gives Dolphins fans and coaches some relief. Hill’s reliability is more crucial than ever this season, especially as the Dolphins are without Odell Beckham Jr. for at least the first four games.
The excitement for Hill’s return is high as he eyes another record-breaking season after leading the NFL in receiving yards (1,799) and touchdowns (13) last year. “Every year is another opportunity, man…this is our best team that we done had since we’ve been here,” Hill shared.
