Apple has overtaken the rights to the halftime show at the Super Bowl. And with the big day inching closer by, the CEO himself has just dropped in a commercial. And the hook is, that the famed R&B musician Usher has gone missing!

Usher is scheduled to headline the halftime show at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas. But what does it mean that he has gone missing? Also, what does Ludacris’ involvement mean for the actual show?

As much as people wait for the Super Bowl game, the same enthusiasm can be found in the commercials as well. And the tech giant Apple has started early. In an ad featuring CEO Tim Cook and rapper Ludacris. Possibly inspired by the 2008 film ‘Hangover’!

“Tim I’m sorry bro, Usher’s gone”, says Ludacris to Cook on FaceTime. And the CEO’s reaction is hilarious, to say the least. Keeping a stone-cold face, while Ludacris and his crew are panicking. The advertisement ends with a cryptic text message from Cook to Ludacris, stating “You will find him”.

Before ending, the words “Where’s Usher” popped up on the screen too. The commercial also had acclaimed rapper Lil Jon and singer-actress Taraji Henson. Could this mean that a burning question has finally been answered for the fans?

In 2004, Usher in collaboration with Ludacris and Lil Jon, released his most famous song to date. ‘Yeah!’ has been rocking at all the parties and clubs even after 20 years. So this could be a giant hint about Usher’s performance and his special guest.

For months people speculated, which artist could share the stage with Usher during his performance. And with this commercial, one thing can be expected. We will get to see Usher sing ‘Yeah!’ with his posse in Las Vegas as soon as the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers collide.
