Besides this, an NFL reporter also revealed the potential date of his return, which blew away sports analysts and Rodgers’ fans. However, in the latest episode of The Pat McAfee Show, the four-time NFL MVP talked about this, revealing his plans and the actual return date scenario.

Is Aaron Rodgers returning to the field on December 2?

Recently, a video of Aaron Rodgers circulated online, in which the 39-year-old was surprisingly seen working out on a treadmill. This video was sent to the New York Jets team, and shortly after that, a journalist reported that Rodgers was way ahead of time and would be coming back around December 2. Pat McAfee got this opportunity to ask Rodgers about the reality behind the rumors.

He highlighted the video, energetically saying, “What you’re doing right now and you keep sandbagging too… saying no real developments in rehab no real this you know kind of a slow week and then all of a sudden just like… you’re crushing it, man.” However, Rodgers clarified that he didn’t reveal any specific date. He mentioned that he would try to return to practice by his birthday.

That means if Rodgers resumes practice by December 2, the NFL legend will probably be back on the gridiron around that date.

Aaron Rodgers’ Achilles tear surgery was successful, and the orthopedists planted a speed bridge to quicken his recovery. Soon after, A-Rod has been seen miraculously recovering, throwing footballs, and warming up. The Achilles recovery usually takes four to six months, but Rodgers would properly recover in just three months.

His determination to return for more never died, so his body is showing tremendous improvements, bringing a smile to Jets fans. As Fox’s Jay Glazer reported, “Rodgers is actually gonna go back to the Jets this week and start training with them.”

His recent treadmill workout video amazed the team and possibly hinted that Rodgers would come back soon and perhaps even stronger.
