Brady shared the video on 14th August 2024 and started by slotting, the most surprising choice, Jayson Tatum, as quarterback. While most would peg legend LeBron James for the role, Brady gave the nod to Tatum, likely tipping his hat to their shared Boston connection. 

On the other side, his tour partner, daughter Vivian, suggested the 3-time WNBA All-Star, Sabrina Ionescu, for the quarterback position. “I love Sabrina,” he immediately acknowledged. After all, it’s a daughter’s affection, but he stuck with Tatum. 

Then, LeBron James at the tight end, a natural fit given his size and athleticism. However, Mr. Fox’s commentator quickly switched gears, and the tight end position was given to Joel Embiid and James as a better fit for wide receiver. “I think I can utilize him better…he’s got more downfield speed,” Brady noted, envisioning LBJ as the ultimate deep threat.

Further, Brady suggested the running back, picking Anthony Edwards, praising his athleticism and speed, perfect for slicing through defenses, “he’s so athletic a little you know, smaller to the ground“, he said. Now, one more receiver left. After thinking for a while, he chose Devin Booker for his speed, and ‘that the squad’ he ended. So, the squad now looks like Jayson Tatum as the quarterback, King James and Booker as the wide receiver with tight end Joel Embiid, and running back Anthony Edwards. 

Following their 72-hour Paris Olympic tour, Brady witnessed several games and congratulated all the champions, the competitors, and the entire city of Paris on a once-in-a-lifetime event in his Instagram post on August 8, 2024.

Tom Terrific wasn’t just soaking up the Paris vibes. He was front and center to watch Simone Biles at the Olympics. He joined his daughter, Vivian, and grabbed prime seats at Bercy Arena, hoping to witness Biles make history. She was just two wins away from tying the record for most Olympic gold medals by any female athlete on the final day of gymnastics competitions.

But sports are never predictable. Biles had a rough day, with a slip on the beam and a couple of costly steps out of bounds during her floor routine. Instead of gold, she earned silver. A moment, that was still powerful, just not the fairytale everyone had hoped for.

Brady, ever the sportsman, supported and even caught up with Biles’ teammates Sunisa Lee, Hezly Rivera, and Jade Carey and took pictures. The arena was packed with A-listers like Nicole Kidman, Natalie Portman, and Serena Williams, but Brady’s presence highlighted the event’s gravity.
