The Bengals are in a tough spot. After 9 games, they have 4 wins and 5 losses. After the loss in the first 3 games of the season, Joe Burrow is trying to take back on the victory road. It’s hard! The injuries have marred their chances. WR Tee Higgins is one of them. He has struggled since the season started. It’s the same story now.

Ahead of their week 10 matchup against AFC North divisional franchise Baltimore Ravens on November 7, the Bengals are without key players. They released their injury report. It listed the receiver Higgins as doubtful. His quadriceps injury hasn’t fully healed yet. Such soft-tissue injury is derailing their 2024 campaign.

Tee Higgins missed the first two games because of a hamstring injury. In 4 games this season, he has only started in 3. His stats in those aren’t impressive either. The WR recorded 25 receptions in 259 receiving yards with 2 touchdowns. That’s the after-effect of injuries. While he was looking to regain his form, another injury put him down.

He has been out since the week 8 game against the Eagles. The next week, he didn’t practice and sat out against the Raiders. This week too looks like that. It is a huge loss for the Bengals who need their ace players to play on the gridiron.

The last time the Ravens and Bengals faced each other in week 5, it was a close contest. Though the latter won 41-38 in the overtime, the former would deploy a changed strategy to change the outcome. The game is evenly balanced.

Apart from Tee Higgins, three other players also injured

In the defensive area, defensive lineman BJ Hill injured his ribs against the Raiders and went out of the game. He has been declared questionable for the TNF game. That’s not the only area of concern.

For the Bengals, the wide receiver department has two headaches. Other than Tee Higgins, Charlie Jones also didn’t practice because of his groin injury. He didn’t play in the week 9 matchup against the Raiders and is also expected to sit out against the Ravens.

Offensive lineman Orlando Brown Jr. is tending to his knee/fibula injury, which he sustained in the week 7 game against the Browns. However, there was a positive sign as he practiced last week. But the injury report indicates something else. He isn’t fully ready and has been marked questionable.
