November 16 was the most awaited Fight Night. 27-year-old kickboxer Jake Paul surprised the world by defeating the veteran world champion Mike Tyson. The fight that happened at AT&T Stadium, Arlington, Texas was fierce. However, what happened with former Bengals CB Adam Jones following the fight was shocking, that too near the fight venue.

Former CB Adam ‘Pacman’ Jones was arrested from a hotel near the AT&T Stadium.  According to reports, Jones was involved in a fight in a bar near the stadium. An off-duty officer who was in that area came up to calm Jones down but wasn’t of any use. The ex-NFL Pro Bowler relentlessly raged at the other party involved in the fight. Then again another fight broke and the officer along with the hotel security tried to separate both but while doing so Jones punched the officer’s hand. She then booked him and the ex-NFLer was arrested for assaulting a peace officer, public intoxication, and resisting and evading arrest.

According to the records, the 41-year-old was booked into the Arlington City Jail at around 3:00 AM. As for Jones, his representatives have completely denied these allegations about the ex-NFL star. He said that he would explain the truth at the right time. Talking to a TMZ reporter, the former star’s representatives added, “Like thousands of other people in Dallas last night, Pac was in town for the fight. And was enjoying himself, spending time with the fans”.

Well, for now, people are blaming Adam Jones for his alleged actions. However, his representatives strongly denying the allegations does raise a few questions. Now, we need to see how things unfold in the future. Will investigators truly find Jones guilty of all the charges? If his representatives are correct and he isn’t guilty, then who is to blame for the harassment Jones has faced over the past 24 hours?

Moving forward from Adam Jones’s arrest, the mouth banter that followed the fight was also intriguing. After fighting the 58-year-old former World Champion, Jake Paul boldly claimed that he didn’t knock out Mike Tyson because he “didn’t want to hurt someone who didn’t need to be hurt.” However, following this statement, the young kickboxer has faced a lot of backlash. One of those people who criticized Paul for such a statement was ex-NFL star Le’Veon Bell.

After Paul issued this statement to the media, Bell shared a video of this statement on his X. He wrote a message for the 27-year-old which read, Imagine trying to knock out a 58-year-old Mike Tyson, but was unsuccessful .. then try and act as if you were holding back…Jake, you’re funny bro” .

Don’t know if Jake Paul deliberately didn’t hit a KO to Tyson or if it was the veteran star’s prowess. But the fight was a true nail-biter. There were three rounds, each of 2 mins. Paul won all three rounds with narrow margins of 80-72, 79-73, and 79-73. The judges unanimously voted him as the winner of the match.
