Frankfort, Kansas native, Emilee Ebert, is a renowned basketball player herself. She attended Frankfort High School for her early education. With a deep interest in basketball and volleyball, she excelled at Kansas State while playing for the university.
During her college career, she displayed remarkable basketball skills in 118 games at Kansas State. The former high school guard amazed her fans by making 61 starts during her four seasons and securing multiple accolades. Ebert clinched the esteemed title of first-team Academic All-Big 12 honors in 2023.

Reportedly meeting during a college sports event at Meadow Lake Golf Course, they first communicated with each other at a Catbacker Tour stop in Colby, Kansas. The NFL punter was in his senior year while Ebert was in her junior year, representing their football and women’s basketball teams respectively at Kansas State.
Talking about Zentner, Ebert stated, “It’s funny that being student-athletes at Kansas State, it took us going to Colby, Kansas, to have our first conversation.” Adding to the conversation with further insights about their relationship, Zentner stated, “What stood out to me the most was that she was a very sweet, genuine woman, and she cares a lot about her family.
