There is nothing more American than the Super Bowl itself. With the entire world watching this festivity of football, every player and team wants to win it. However, only one team can win the Lombardi Trophy. And even though this year has been full of shock and awe moments, the Super Bowl winner can be predicted.

According to us, the Baltimore Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers have the best shot to claim the coveted title. Both teams have enjoyed a bye week, seeding the top positions from their conferences.

And they have relatively easy matchups in the divisional rounds. Their first big test will be in the conference championship games, but they both have the players and the determination to make it through the Super Bowl.

Accordingly, we predict that this rematch will not be anything like their Week 16 game. At that time, the Ravens easily disposed of the 49ers, winning 33-19. But the Super Bowl will be a much more closely contested affair. However, the Ravens will probably take it home for the 3rd time. But will Lamar clinch the MVP trophy as well?

Racing to the MVP line

Even though many have been outspoken about the domination of QBs in the MVP, it will be difficult to displace them this year. It has been a fantastic year for the QBs as they ripped apart defenses with their playmaking, throwing, rushing, and accuracy.

But one QB stands tall amongst all the contenders. The 27-year-old Lamar Jackson has the stats and the mentality to back this claim. With a career-high of 3,678 yards this season, Jackson accumulated 24 TDs.

Very few if any QBs can have a shot at the MVP award with the big-game performances that Jackson displayed throughout this season. The 3X Pro Bowler will most probably win the MVP for the second time in his young career.
