Undoubtedly, Sorensen’s accomplished career trajectory showcased his dominance in the field. He spent his decade-long NFL career as a defensive back while playing for the Rams, Jaguars, and Browns. Not only as an NFL player but, he also earned his name as a distinguished head coach. He served as a coach for the Seahawks and Jaguars. And, of course, during his NFL coaching career tenure, he garnered major milestones, including winning a Super Bowl title with the Seahawks. Beyond her role as a supportive wife, Berry is a healthcare professional who attended the University of Michigan. Besides her professional career, the Cleveland native also has an impressive personal life. Danielle Berry has been relishing her hubby’s company for over 15 years. They are the parents of their two sons, Nash and Stone.

However, there is very limited information available about Danielle Berry. But, in March 2010, she disclosed that she never wanted to become the wife of an athlete. She told the Washington Post back then, “I was always like, ‘No way would I ever date an athlete. There’s no way. They’re out of their minds.”But destiny had other plans for her.

But, later on, she was impressed by the ex-NFL defensive back. And then the couple started their love journey. Since then they have been on each other’s side. But where did there story begin?

When did Nick Sorensen and Danielle Berry first meet?

According to the WC Post report, Sorensen and Berry first crossed their paths at a Coldplay concert in 2008. They both attended the Braylon Edwards, former NFL WR’s show. However, at that time, they both had a discussion for a few minutes as strangers, but she wasn’t very impressed with Sorensen’s athletic profession.

And, in the same post, Nick Sorensen even spilled the beans on his first encounter with Berry. “I remember thinking, ‘This girl is really trying to make it seem like she’s not here to hang out with athletes,” he affirmed. “I was like, ‘I understand you have your own thing going for you. I respect that,” he continued.

Interestingly, a few weeks later, Berry coincidentally spotted Sorensen in a club. It was when they hung out overnight with their group of friends. And, later, Berry fell in love with the ex-NFL athlete.

Recalling that moment, Berry even revealed that, “He is really good at doing impressions.” This is how their romantic journey began. And, after dating for around 2 years, the couple decided to become forever partners.

Before his final NFL season, Nick exchanged wedding vows with Berry on February 27, 2010, at St. Aloysius Church, Washington, DC. Since then, the NFL high-stakes couple has been inspiring many with their lovely chemistry and tight-knit bond.
